About our kitesurf and surf camps in Essaouira
Every camp bundles your lessons with accommodation in a riad, daily breakfast, full equipment, insurance and airport transfers. You arrive, and everything from the board to the bed is already arranged.
A group camp runs with a maximum of 3 students per instructor, a semi camp with 2, and a private camp is one to one. The lesson hours are the same — you are choosing how much individual attention you get, and the price changes accordingly.
In a traditional riad in the medina, a 2 minute walk from the Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah Museum and about 7 minutes from the beach. Rooms have traditional Moroccan decor, free Wi-Fi and a TV, and family suites can take up to 4 people.
Yes, airport transfers are included. Agadir Al Massira and Marrakesh Menara are both roughly 2.5 hours away by road, and we arrange the pick-up once you confirm your flight times.
Yes. Camps are built for beginner and intermediate levels. You start on the sand with theory and equipment handling, then move progressively into the water as your control improves.
Yes. Tell us how many of you are coming and your dates in the booking form, and we will put together the right mix of group, semi or private lessons and the right rooms in the riad.

Had a great experience with Naneakite! Abdou and Mohammed were great teachers. All the staff at their shop were very welcoming. This made for a great vacation in Essaouira. These guys are top notch and were cheaper than everyone else in the area with their riad deal. I did the 12 hour lesson package and I learned a lot about kiting. They were very transparent with me and helped me progress quickly. Thanks Naneakite!

I learned so much from Mohammed, a patient and experienced teacher. Abdou wants everyone to have a great time and took us on a surfing trip when there was no wind for kiting. I wanted to surprise my boyfriend for his birthday with semi-private kitesurfing lessons, so we actually organised our trip to Morocco around it. My requirements were for the two of us to be together during our classes, but each have our own kite, and for the instructors to be certified and speak English. NaneaKite did not disappoint! We took 8 hours of lessons each and the progress we made was amazing. I had been in constant communication with Abdou, the owner, for months before our trip. He was always kind and reassuring, and kept me updated on the weather and kitesurfing conditions in Essaouira, which made planning everything so much easier. Our instructor, Mohammed, was amazing as well. He explained everything clearly from scratch, paid close attention to what we were doing, and corrected us whenever we made mistakes so that we could progress faster. We are so happy we chose NaneaKite and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to learn kitesurfing in Essaouira!
