Reservas, Depósitos y Pagos
Reserva y Depósito
Para asegurar una plaza en cualquier camp o paquete de kitesurf, se requiere un depósito (normalmente del 30% al 50% del importe total) en el momento de la reserva.
Pago Final
El saldo restante debe abonarse a la llegada (en efectivo o mediante métodos de pago locales autorizados) o en línea antes del inicio del camp.
Métodos de Pago Aceptados
Transferencias bancarias, tarjetas de crédito/débito o efectivo (USD, EUR o moneda local según el tipo de cambio).

Política de Cancelación y Reembolso
Cancelaciones por Parte del Cliente
Más de 30 días antes de la llegada: Reembolso completo del depósito, menos los gastos de transferencia bancaria o de gestión aplicables.
De 14 a 29 días antes de la llegada: Reembolso del 50% del depósito, u opción de cambiar la fecha para una fecha futura dentro del mismo año natural.
Menos de 14 días antes de la llegada / No presentados: El depósito no es reembolsable.
Cancelaciones o Cambios por Parte de la Dirección
En el raro caso de que tengamos que cancelar un camp debido a circunstancias imprevistas, se ofrecerá a los clientes un reembolso completo o una fecha alternativa.

Condiciones Meteorológicas y de Viento (Fuerza Mayor)
Política de Viento
El kitesurf es un deporte que depende del tiempo. Aunque elegimos ubicaciones con alta fiabilidad de viento, no podemos controlar a la Madre Naturaleza.
Alternativas Sin Viento
Si no hay viento suficiente para hacer kitesurf, cambiamos a actividades alternativas (como clases de surf, stand-up paddle surf o excursiones culturales) para garantizar que aproveches al máximo tus vacaciones.
Reembolsos por Causas Meteorológicas
Debido a los alojamientos reservados con antelación y a los horarios comprometidos de los instructores, no se realizan reembolsos parciales por días con condiciones de viento o tiempo no adecuadas.

Seguridad y Requisitos para el Alumno
Saber Nadar
Todos los participantes deben sentirse cómodos nadando en mar abierto.
Información de Salud
Los clientes deben informarnos de cualquier afección médica, lesión o limitación física antes de reservar.
Autoridad del Instructor
Los instructores se reservan el derecho de suspender o detener una clase si un alumno actúa de forma imprudente, ignora las instrucciones de seguridad o representa un peligro para sí mismo o para los demás. En tales casos no se realizarán reembolsos.

Alquiler de Material y Política de Daños
Material de la Escuela
El material proporcionado durante las clases (cometas, barras, tablas, arneses, chalecos de impacto y cascos) se revisa periódicamente.
Responsabilidad por Daños
Los alumnos y alquiladores independientes son responsables del material de la escuela asignado. Los daños excesivos o negligentes causados por no seguir las indicaciones del instructor pueden conllevar un coste de reparación o sustitución.
Pérdida de Material
Cualquier pérdida de material debida a negligencia en el agua se cobrará a precio de mercado.

I thought I was coming here to learn and improve my kitesurfing, but I found myself in a family environment, where I met fantastic people and made new friends.
A special thanks goes to Mohamed, my instructor: precise, competent, and very attentive, yet flexible and able to adapt to my level. Thanks to his method, I was able to progress quickly, but always gradually and, above all, safely. And that's what I appreciated most: feeling supported without ever feeling like I was being pushed beyond my limits.
The hotel was also perfect: in the heart of Essaouira's medina, ideally located for experiencing the city and easily reaching everything you need.
I didn't find a single negative about this experience. In fact, Nanea Kite gave me much more than I was looking for: it allowed me to improve my kitesurfing, but above all, to meet real people, make connections, and have an experience I'll carry with me forever.
I left alone and came back richer and with new friends.
I'll be back; in fact, I've already booked my flight for December.
