Les conditions ci-dessous s'appliquent à chaque cours, location et camp réservé avec NaneaKite. Si quelque chose n'est pas clair, posez-nous vos questions avant de réserver.

Réservation, acomptes & paiements
Réservation & acompte
Pour garantir votre place dans un kitesurf camp ou une formule, un acompte (généralement de 30% à 50% du montant total) est demandé lors de la réservation.
Solde restant
Le solde restant doit être réglé à l'arrivée (en espèces ou via des moyens de paiement locaux acceptés) ou en ligne avant le début du camp.
Moyens de paiement acceptés
Virements bancaires, cartes de crédit/débit ou espèces (USD, EUR ou monnaie locale selon le taux de change).

Politique d'annulation & de remboursement
Annulations par le client
30+ jours avant l'arrivée : Remboursement intégral de l'acompte, déduction faite des éventuels frais bancaires ou administratifs.
14 à 29 jours avant l'arrivée : Remboursement de 50% de l'acompte, ou option de report à une date ultérieure au cours de la même année civile.
Moins de 14 jours avant l'arrivée / Non-présentation : L'acompte n'est pas remboursable.
Annulations ou modifications par la direction
Dans le cas rare où nous devrions annuler un camp en raison d'imprévus, un remboursement intégral ou une date alternative sera proposé aux clients.

Conditions météo & de vent (Force Majeure)
Politique de vent
Le kitesurf est un sport dépendant de la météo. Même si nous choisissons des spots où le vent est très fiable, nous ne contrôlons pas Dame Nature.
Alternatives sans vent
S'il n'y a pas assez de vent pour le kitesurf, nous basculons vers des activités alternatives (comme des cours de surf, du stand-up paddle ou des excursions culturelles) pour que vous profitiez au maximum de vos vacances.
Remboursements liés à la météo
En raison des hébergements réservés à l'avance et des plannings engagés des moniteurs, aucun remboursement partiel n'est accordé pour les jours où le vent ou la météo sont défavorables.

Sécurité & prérequis des élèves
Capacité à nager
Tous les participants doivent être à l'aise pour nager en eau libre.
État de santé
Les participants doivent nous informer de tout problème médical, blessure ou limitation physique avant de réserver.
Autorité du moniteur
Les moniteurs se réservent le droit de suspendre ou d'interrompre un cours si un élève agit de manière imprudente, ne respecte pas les consignes de sécurité ou représente un danger pour lui-même ou pour les autres. Aucun remboursement ne sera accordé dans ce cas.

Location de matériel & politique de casse
Matériel de l'école
Le matériel fourni pendant les cours (ailes, barres, planches, harnais, gilets d'impact et casques) est vérifié régulièrement.
Responsabilité en cas de casse
Les élèves et loueurs autonomes sont responsables du matériel de l'école qui leur est attribué. Tout dégât excessif ou dû à une négligence suite au non-respect des consignes du moniteur pourra entraîner des frais de réparation ou de remplacement.
Perte de matériel
Toute perte de matériel due à une négligence dans l'eau sera facturée à sa valeur de marché.

I booked a week with Nanea Kite, and they organized everything: hotel, kitesurfing lessons, and, most importantly, an experience that went far beyond my expectations.
From day one, I felt welcomed, as if I were already part of the group. The people at Nanea are open, kind, helpful, and incredibly friendly. I thought I was coming here to learn and improve my kitesurfing, but I found myself in a family environment, where I met fantastic people and made new friends.
A special thanks goes to Mohamed, my instructor: precise, competent, and very attentive, yet flexible and able to adapt to my level. Thanks to his method, I was able to progress quickly, but always gradually and, above all, safely. And that's what I appreciated most: feeling supported without ever feeling like I was being pushed beyond my limits.
The hotel was also perfect: in the heart of Essaouira's medina, ideally located for experiencing the city and easily reaching everything you need.
I didn't find a single negative about this experience. In fact, Nanea Kite gave me much more than I was looking for: it allowed me to improve my kitesurfing, but above all, to meet real people, make connections, and have an experience I'll carry with me forever.
I left alone and came back richer and with new friends.
I'll be back; in fact, I've already booked my flight for December.
