El wingfoil consiste en deslizarse sobre una tabla equipada con un hidrofoil mientras sostienes un ala inflable en tus manos. Una vez que alcanzas la velocidad suficiente, el foil eleva la tabla sobre la superficie y te deslizas sobre el agua casi en silencio.
La mayoría de los alumnos controlan el ala y se mueven sobre una tabla grande en sus primeras sesiones, y comienzan a dar pequeños vuelos sobre el foil tras unas pocas horas de clase. Elige entre clases privadas o semi-privadas y tendrás apoyo y comentarios constantes en todo momento.
No, pero ayuda. Cualquier experiencia previa con tablas (surf, kite, wake o snowboard) hace que las primeras sesiones sean más rápidas. Los principiantes absolutos son bienvenidos; simplemente empezamos con un equipo más grande y estable.
El wingfoil funciona con un rango de viento más amplio que el kitesurf, por lo que a menudo podemos realizar sesiones de wingfoil en días con viento demasiado flojo para una cometa. Eso lo convierte en una buena opción si estás aquí fuera de los meses más ventosos.

I wanted to surprise my boyfriend for his birthday with semi-private kitesurfing lessons, so we actually organised our trip to Morocco around it. My requirements were for the two of us to be together during our classes, but each have our own kite, and for the instructors to be certified and speak English. NaneaKite did not disappoint! We took 8 hours of lessons each and the progress we made was amazing. I had been in constant communication with Abdou, the owner, for months before our trip. He was always kind and reassuring, and kept me updated on the weather and kitesurfing conditions in Essaouira, which made planning everything so much easier. Our instructor, Mohammed, was amazing as well. He explained everything clearly from scratch, paid close attention to what we were doing, and corrected us whenever we made mistakes so that we could progress faster. We are so happy we chose NaneaKite and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to learn kitesurfing in Essaouira!
